Notable practitioners

David Lever enjoys a distinguished reputation for his skilled work on M&A and project development in the power space. Head of the firm's infrastructure group out of Toronto, he also represents major clients in the market in project financing and construction mandates.

Leader of the firm's energy regulation practice in Toronto, George Vegh has pre-eminent expertise in energy regulation, frequently appearing before the Ontario Energy Board on complex regulatory proceedings. He currently sits as vice-chairperson of the Canada Energy Regulator.

Québec-based Marc Dorion QC offers support on transactions arising out of the power and renewables sectors. His practice includes advising lenders, investors and energy companies on project finance and development.
