We support clients on Solvency II compliance, governance and fitness and probity, regulatory investigations, portfolio transfers (including court and regulatory approvals), distribution arrangements, capital raisings, securitisations and structured finance.
Our contentious practice handles high-value (re)insurance disputes, policy wording and avoidance issues, litigation, arbitration and insolvency processes, including wind-ups and administrations. We also advise on property and professional indemnity insurance.
