Our experienced group of professionals is consistently involved in the biggest and most complex antitrust investigations and merger control filings in Argentina across a wide range of industries that includes IT, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, farming, oil-related services, cement, textile and vehicle manufacturing markets, among many others.

We have an outstanding antitrust investigation practice and we participate in the majority of the most demanding and complex investigations conducted by the Antitrust Commission. Our team has been responsible for approximately 30% of all merger filings in Argentina ever since the introduction of merger control in the country. We have unmatched experience of advising clients on cross-border competition matters involving other Latin American jurisdictions, particularly Brazil, Chile, Peru and Uruguay, as well as liaising and coordinating the Argentine section of global transactions.
