We dominate the M&A market for energy-related projects.  In the last 12 months, MHR was the only law firm in Argentina to represent clients in significant M&A deals in the three segments of the oil & gas industry (upstream, midstream and downstream), involving companies such as ExxonMobil-Qatar Petroleum; Trafigura and Pan American Energy-Axion.

In addition to having represented clients in a farm-in and farm-out deals, as well as in connection with early production facilities in unconventional hydrocarbons blocks, we advised clients in the two most important mid-stream projects involving the construction of a crude oil pipeline by YPF and a gas pipeline by TGS to exhaust production from Vaca Muerta blocks.
