• The representation of the largest Argentine natural gas producer and exporter in a USD 1.4 billion ICC arbitration related to natural gas export and transportation agreements.

• The representation of the Italian bondholders in an ICSID arbitration against the Argentine Republic.

• The representation of a large biodiesel fuel producer in an ICC arbitration initiated by a Spanish contractor regarding a construction contract for a biodiesel plant.

• The representation of El Paso Corporation in an ICSID arbitration against the Argentine Republic.
