The Maples Group's Tax team advises international and Irish companies, financial institutions, investment funds, banks and family offices on Ireland's international tax offerings.

The Tax team takes pride in both the technical excellence and the transactional capabilities of its tax lawyers. As part of an international law firm, our tax lawyers develop new structures and strategies for our international clients.

We participate actively in industry associations, including the Irish Funds International Tax Committee, the Irish Debt Securities Association Tax Committee, the Irish American Chamber of Commerce Tax Committee and the Irish Law Society Tax Committee.  Andrew Quinn serves as Chairman of the Irish Debt Securities Association, the industry organisation which promotes Ireland as the premier European location for activities to support the global structured finance and debt securities industries.
