In arbitration matters, the team has experience of ad hoc as well as institutional arbitration involving parties from numerous different jurisdictions, conducted at various locations and under various rules and applicable procedural and substantive laws. We particularly act as counsel for clients under the ICC, SCC, HKIAC. KCAB INTERNATIONAL and SCAI rules, among others, as well as in mediation proceedings. Magnusson’s senior lawyers also regularly sit as SCC arbitrators, which adds to our experience and enhances our understanding of a case when acting as counsel and advisor.
