The Maddocks dispute resolution team is a compact group, with representatives in the Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra offices. It has wide-ranging contentious capability embracing such areas as corporate, contractual and property disputes, consumer and defamation issues, regulatory investigations and public inquiries. The team regularly partners with litigators from other Maddocks practice groups where appropriate and is particularly well known for its representation of government and other public sector bodies.
