Structuring on a cross-border basis requires to master financial, corporate, real estate and regulatory aspects to create the optimal setting. The Investment Management practice has extensive fund structuring expertise in a broad range of asset classes, among which infrastructure, private equity, debt and real estate. As a multidisciplinary team which is closely integrated with other practice areas, our team will put at our clients' service its substantial experience with structuring and formation of investment funds structures.
As regulation is getting more complex and number of funds significantly increasing in Luxembourg, fund managers, institutional investors, individuals, administrative agents and other professionals of the financial sector need more assistance in fund formation, regulatory advice and registrations. For the past 20 years, we have assisted our clients for a wide scope of funds. We advise on all matters of compliance with regulatory legislation related to AIFMs, SIFs, SICARs, RAIFs, EuVECAs, ELTIFs, Chapter 15/16 ManCo’s and UCITS, including AML legislation, MiFID/MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR and GDPR.
