Lawyers in Locke Lord’s Texas Antitrust Practice Group have extensive experience representing clients in a variety of different civil and criminal antitrust cases throughout the country. We also represent clients in government antitrust investigations, enforcement actions, and merger reviews with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ), and state antitrust enforcement agencies. Locke Lord currently is representing defendants in some of the largest antitrust cases pending throughout the U.S. In addition, we recently represented an individual defendant in the DOJ’s first criminal case involving an alleged “wage-fixing” agreement, which resulted in a jury verdict acquitting our client on the antitrust count.
