Our Singapore office is currently leading the advice on the development, financing (with specialisation in ECA and multilateral loans) and restructuring of some of the most complex projects in the Asia. We have an extensive footprint across the region with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai and Seoul, as well as integrated alliances with Widyawan & Partners in Indonesia and Allens in Vietnam that gives us on-the-ground capability in Jakarta, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

Our lawyers are some of the few in the market who are able to advise on the full suite of projects, construction and finance documents on any given transaction, and our Singapore office plays the lead role on all EPC and O&M work for Linklaters in Asia. Within our Singapore projects team, we are able to advise on English, New York and Singapore law (being one of the few international firms to be awarded a qualifying foreign law practice (QFLP) licence by the Singapore Ministry of Law).

Our Singapore team has been integral in creating a formidable offering in the region by working closely with our regional offices to play a key role on market changing initiatives such as developing Asia’s first offshore wind farm, trailblazing LNG to power deals and a multitude of One Belt One Road projects. We are seen as one of the premier firms in Asia for successfully executing complex, multi-party and multi-jurisdictional transactions while delivering the highest quality of output of work.
