Our international team advises on domestic and cross-border projects. A team of English lawyers based in our Frankfurt office – who are also able to provide advice in German – underpins this international approach.

Financial Regulation Group

We have our own group of more than 20 expert lawyers in the field of regulatory law which have been advising national and international banks and financial services providers on all questions of banking regulation. In addition, we are advising trading platforms and infrastructure providers. In the fields of insurance regulation and investment law, we provide advisory services to insurance companies, pension funds, as well as asset managers and domestic and foreign funds. Another focus of our group is to advise on contentious matters in these areas.
