It is regularly sought out by consumer representative organisations and non-profit foundations to build collective actions for the purpose of consumer and employee protection, as well as cartel follow-on damages claims. The department is also well equipped to advise on the WAMCA regime. The team has additional experience representing defendants in mass claims, as well as corporate litigation cases, such as post-M&A and shareholder disputes.
