In January 2020, the Houston law firm of Levinthal Wilkins merged into Lightfoot, adding partners Jared I. Levinthal and Robert A. Wilkins, as well as one associate, to Lightfoot’s growing Houston office. Jared represents clients in commercial and business issues. In 2019, after a 4-year legal battle and a hard-fought trial, a Houston jury awarded Jared’s client almost $15 million in damages (more detail below in the representative matter list). Rob is a commercial litigator who has practiced 18 years and who focuses on bet-the-company litigation in the oil, gas and energy sectors.
