Liliane Roriz also leads the group, with an extensive experience in the 2nd Specialized IP Panel at TRF2. Liliane Roriz acted as rapporteur and judge in unprecedented cases related to the Brazilian IP system, such as the applicability of the TRIPS agreement, the validity term of patents and several other highly complex cases.
