As a team we have significant experience of international and cross-border litigation, jurisdiction disputes, joint venture and shareholder disputes, share purchase and warranty claims, banking disputes, trust litigation, LLP and partnership disputes, utilities litigation, construction disputes, competition enquiries and civil fraud. We have litigated cases at every level in the English courts, through to the Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice.
LS Unlock, is an innovative service for our clients to pursue claims. The product delivers cost certainty and allows us to partner with clients, sharing risk and reward in appropriate cases.
