The professionals in the ESG and Impact Team have significant experience in assisting clients – e.g. companies, investment funds, managers and other players – in the area of sustainability and ESG related issues. In particular, the Team has built up a strong presence in this area, developing multidisciplinary skills that enable it to support clients who wish to approach sustainability in a rigorous and innovative way.
The Team supports the integration of ESG factors into business and investment strategy, through the construction of “Sustainability Models”, the adoption of dedicated policies (environment, human rights, health and welfare, etc.) and the development of sustainable value chains. In addition, the team supports clients in the process of acquiring Benefit Corporation status and B Corp certification, and assists company bodies with regard to sustainable corporate governance. Finally, the Team deals with the regulatory and normative aspects of the impact measurement and non-financial reporting processes, also thanks to the collaboration with consulting companies and research centres operating in this sector.
