The Administrative Law Department consists of a well-integrated team of lawyers working in the offices of Rome and Milan. The team operates in different practice areas based on its members’ specialisation and assists both Italian and foreign operators, administrative agencies and public businesses in carrying out activities regulated by public law, with specific focus on contracts and public services, town planning, environmental law, energy, litigation before administrative courts and development of legislative models and regulatory instruments.
