Our firm successfully defended our clients’ interests in shareholder disputes within two of Guatemala’s largest corporate groups; the disputes involved a total of over 1,300 judicial actions. We also were successful in defending a client’s   rights against more than 25 judicial challenges to their adjudication of one of the largest Guatemalan government concessions in several decades.
