Scope of Services
- Handle inbound and outbound trade remedy investigations, including anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, anti-circumvention, anti-absorption and safeguard investigations
- Advise on export control/restriction laws and regulations
- Assist implementation and applications for ICP (Internal Compliance Programs)
- Advise on import/export procedures and requirements
- Advise on licenses and permits for goods imported to and exported from Taiwan
- Advise on tariff code classification, customs valuation methods, rules of country of origin, preference trade programs, special customs procedures (inward/outward processing, bonded customs factories/warehouses, free-trade zones and transit), and customs compliance audits
- Advise on import duty and other taxes (e.g., value-added tax) for imports
- Handle audits, investigations, appeals and lawsuits relating to trade matters
