LCS's capital markets team—comprised of approximately 30 attorneys—regularly advises both domestic and international clients on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs and SPOs for companies listing in Taiwan, ECB and GDR offerings by Taiwan-listed companies, and offshore securities offerings. The firm also has significant experience advising international issuers listing in Taiwan and conducts legal due diligence and issues Taiwan legal opinions in connection with listings on foreign stock exchanges.

The firm represents Taiwanese listed companies and multinational corporations across a wide range of industries, with particular experience advising companies in key industries such as semiconductors, green energy and manufacturing. LCS also advises on private equity fund formation and investments, securities regulatory compliance, and the structuring of special purpose securities and derivative transactions. Recent highlights include its representation of Wiwynn Corp. in its ECB and GDR offering project, which was the largest offshore securities offering in the history of capital markets of Taiwan as of the end of 2024.
