The involvement of LCA’s professionals in important capital market transactions, both equity and debt, within initial and secondary offerings on regulated and unregulated markets, has allowed the Law Firm to gain a strong experience in the complex sector regulation and in the financial practice that characterizes national and international capital markets. • the relationship with the Supervisory Authorities.
