Our services cover the full environmental project lifecycle: environmental impact assessments (EIA/DIA), permitting before the SEA and SMA, defence in sanctioning proceedings, administrative and judicial appeals before the Environmental Courts and the Supreme Court, national and cross-border environmental audits (Chile, Mexico, Peru and Argentina), compliance programmes, and specialised legal project management in coordination with technical consultants.

The department has led environmental advice on landmark projects including Chile's first offshore wind farm (Deep Wind Offshore, USD 7.075B), green hydrogen and ammonia projects in Magallanes (AustrianSolar Chile, TotalEnergies H2), large-scale desalination plants (Minera El Abra/Freeport-McMoRan), and the donation of over 93,000 hectares to the State for the creation of Cabo Froward National Park (Rewilding Chile Foundation). The firm was also retained by ECLAC/UN to draft the contaminated sites bill submitted to Chile's Ministry of the Environment.
