Latham & Watkins acted for Japan Bank for International Cooperation, Nippon Export and Investment Insurance and other export credit agencies and lenders on the USD8.3 billion refinancing of the Ichthys LNG project in Australia.

Latham & Watkins' teams in Tokyo, Singapore and London advised San Miguel and SMC Global Power Holdings on the development of an LNG import terminal, including FSU, in Batangas in the Philippines.
