We have advised on privatization of state companies, acquisition, alienation and liquidation of energy generation and transmission companies. Likewise, we have advised different clients in their relationship with authorities and in administrative and judicial processes, before the panel of experts and the ordinary courts of justice, arbitration and protection of free competition.
