The increase in national and international arbitrations, has allowed us to achieve great experience in arbitration proceedings negotiated before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago (CAM Santiago) and Arbitration Commissions of Public Works Concessions Law. Likewise, we advise and represent our clients in conciliation procedures and alternative controversy and resolution mechanisms of mediation.
