Our firm has also been mandated by the Energy Regulatory Commission of Thailand (ERC)—that was established to regulate energy industry operation, ie. the electricity industry, the natural gas industry and the energy network industry, to ensure compliance with the objectives of the Energy Industry Act, B.E. 2550 (2007), under the policy framework of the government—to provide legal advice.
