Kronick’s Environmental & Natural Resources team is a statewide leader in water and environmental law. Led by Daniel O’Hanlon, the group advises public agencies, developers, utilities, and businesses on regulatory compliance, permitting, litigation, and long-term water supply planning.
The team counsels clients on groundwater rights adjudications, due diligence for land acquisitions, and demonstrating water supply availability for land-use entitlements. They guide projects through environmental review and permitting and defend entitlements in CEQA and NEPA litigation.
