We take a multidisciplinary approach to client´s needs. We address the complexity of new regulations by handling regulatory and competition matters. Our department also works along with other KPMG areas as Economics and Regulation, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, and Accounting, in order to provide our clients with the best-rounded approach in the professional services industry.

KPMG´s Regulatory, Administrative and Competition Department has had a strong growth within the firm, expanding and consolidating its portfolio of top clients. This is shown by the relevance of the new clients, and the number of top-tier clients that have continued trusting its Public Law and Competition issues to KPMG Abogados. Currently the department is composed by about 30 qualified lawyers with years of experience.
