We advise on all aspects of project financing, including project structuring, project documents, finance documents, security package, legal due diligence and related competition, state aid, real estate and licensing matters. Our clientele comprises of all significant market participants, on the lenders’, sponsors’ and contractors’ side, as well as governmental institutions acting as tendering authorities.


The Head of our Banking and Finance Department is Nikos Koritsas. Ioannis Kaptanis heads the project finance practice, and Effie Papoutsi heads the corporate finance practice.
