KDK has been advising many leading multinational infrastructure companies in multi-hundred million dollar infrastructure projects, including PPP projects entailing EPC contracts. The KDK team has experience in assisting private sector players in the development of top-level landmark projects with Turkish public entities.

KDK has been at the forefront of this decade’s developments in energy and infrastructure. In 2011, KDK was retained as Turkish counsel in the Shah Deniz Stage II Project, where the Firm left a significant impression on the international arena with its comprehensive legal knowledge and experience. Subsequently, in 2012 the Firm played a key role in one of the region’s most ground-breaking energy projects, the Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project (TANAP). In 2017, KDK advised Vitol on its acquisition of OMV Petrol Ofisi, the largest fuel distribution company in Turkey.
