KSB has vast experience in competition law and advises both domestic and international clients, many of whom are leaders in their respective fields.

Our office provides comprehensive advice on competition law for competitors and other market participants, in particular to clients with a significant market share, during large transactions, including representation of clients during negotiations and administrative proceedings before the Czech Antimonopoly Office relating to mergers, dominant positions and agreements with potential to distort economic competition, comprehensive advice on unfair competition, such as permitted and prohibited conduct in economic competition, in particular comparative and misleading advertisements, domain names, use of corporate names, protection of business secrets, and parasitic competition, alleviation and justified defences, risk assessment and misleading labelling on products.

KSB's competition team has been repeatedly recognized as a leading team in competition law and litigation in the Czech Republic.

In The Lawyer European Awards 2015, we received the prestigious European Competition Case of the Year award for representing Czech bakery group Delta Pekárny before the European Court of Human Rights in the matter of an unlawful dawn raid by the Czech Competition Authority.
