Our Investment Funds department provides legal and regulatory services to international clients, spanning institutional investors, HNWIs, private equity houses, asset managers and family offices, in all asset classes, as well as services to regulated service providers in the investment funds sector.
Aligned with our German Desk for the D-A-CH region and collaborating with our Regulatory, Banking and Corporate Finance teams, we offer:

- Global Coordination: Connection to the best-placed foreign law firms and service providers through our extensive international network.
- Fund Setup: Establishment of any kind of fund structures, including drafting and negotiating of documents and navigating regulatory approval processes.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and European reforms and related approval processes as well as offering life-cycle assistance to fund structures and regulated service providers.
