Furthermore, we have particular expertise in business mobility and company’s restructuring by providing full legal support, on advisory level, in foreign / multinational companies, which are established in Greece, in relation to the legal framework governing labor relations, to labor issues arising from privatisations, transfers - mergers and divisions of enterprises, to economic and technical restructuring, to termination of business operation, as well as to regulate staff’s labor relations according to business needs.

We also have a particular experience in working with the Human Resources Department of Greek and multinational companies, both in the direction of proposing working policies and providing crisis management services.
