The Department is best known for strategically assisting the clients in complex transactions involving Media and Entertainment matters, such as the ones described below. Our advertising practice (which is part of the Media area) is one of the strongest in the Brazilian market, as we represent approximately the largest communication group, Omnicom Group, as well as prestigious independent agencies such as Wieden+Kennedy, GUT Agency and Druid Creative Gaming. In view of such representation we deal, on a routing basis, with matters involving Ancine, CENP and CONAR, in addition to assisting our clients in their regular and more complex transactional work. We are proud that the head of our Advertising, Media & Entertainment department, Melissa Kano, has extensive experience both from a legal and from a business perspective and of our strong team of associates that are always aware and up to date in regard to the new trends, technologies and issues involving the market.
