While in government service, our partners authored policies and regulations that remain central to the evaluation and disposition of corporate and anti-corruption cases, in both the U.S. and the UK.
Our GR&II team works seamlessly across the globe, representing Global Fortune 500 companies, bulge-bracket private equity firms and investment banks, as well as their officers and directors in their most sensitive matters, which typically are resolved confidentially, but have also included some of the largest public representations in history.
