Representation of JSC Halyk Bank Kazakhstan on the acquisition of the majority stake in Kazkommertsbank JSC from its controlling shareholder Mr Kenges Rakishev and National Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC – the largest deal in M&A in the banking sector of the Republic  of Kazakhstan;

Representation of a consortium of bank involving financing of Tengizchevroil (TCO) on a USD 36.8 billion bank/bond financing required to undertake an expansion program – one of the largest upstream oil industry project financings to date;

Representation of Tele2 Sverige AB on its joint venture with Kazakhtelecom JSC, and the combination of the cellular operations of their subsidiaries Altel JSC and Mobile Telecom-Services LLP (Tele2 Kazakhstan) – the creation of the second largest mobile operator in Kazakhstan.
