The Banking & Finance team of KPP LAW is comprised of highly experienced banking and finance lawyers, who are ready to face all the challenges arising from a financing transaction with local nexus or and/or cross-border elements.

The team offers services to all major players of the Greek financing market, including Greek credit institutions (systemic and other banks), Greek corporations for Loan and Credit Receivables Management, foreign credit institutions, venture capital companies, etc. and is well-formed to timely perform, deliver and satisfy the demanding needs of our clients, as well as of complex transactions. Many of the team members have provided services as internal or seconded lawyers to Greek banks and therefore are well suited to meet their operational needs and requirements. 

Value and quality of service is further enhanced through the experience that the finance team has obtained through its involvement with the supranational organizations, which has provided finance to the Greek market via financial intermediaries (Greek banks) in order to assist in the revival of the Greek economy.
