We have particular expertise in the transport sector, handling industrial action, litigation and change management matters for large transport operators and their operating groups such as Stagecoach Group and First Group, such as in acting for Virgin Trains East Coast, Virgin Trains, London North Eastern Railway, East Midlands Trains, Freightliner, South Western Railway, Great Western Railway and Stagecoach Bus in various industrial disputes, reorganisation, litigation and commercial contract matters during the course of the year.

Likewise, we have particular expertise in handling litigation matters for major insurers, as exemplified by the growth in our practice handling the defence of employment tribunal claims brought against insured businesses and our continuing success has resulted in the team recruiting additional lawyers during 2018 with further recruitment planned for 2019.

Although we deal with large scale and complex matters, we are known for providing clients with practical and commercial advice.
