Our Yorkshire Construction practice is continuing to thrive under the leadership of Sarah Maylor, and continues to receive a diverse array of instructions from an impressive client base of developers, contractors, professional consultants and insurers. 

We are a dynamic, driven and enthusiastic team of construction specialists, working hard to maintain the reputation we have established in Sheffield, throughout the UK and internationally for both contentious and non-contentious work. We are an integral part of an international law firm in which over 80 lawyers worldwide spend either all or the majority of their time devoted to construction, engineering and process engineering matters. We work on key infrastructure projects all over the world.

Our differentiator and the quality that our clients appreciate most is our practical, commercial, ‘can do’ attitude. Whatever the issue, be it an asset purchase, adjudication, or development project, we have senior people working very closely with each client to problem solve, project manage and conclude each matter as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Although counterintuitive to most firms, our goal is to reduce our client’s reliance on us and ultimately reduce their annual legal spend.
