We advise and litigate in employment-law disputes within healthcare institutions, where employees often have a special employment-law position. We offer guidance if clients are confronted with intensive supervision by the Dutch Healthcare Inspectorate or the NZa (Dutch Healthcare Authority). And we also know the rules of play pertaining to psychiatric hospitalizations, doctor-patient confidentiality, and the ethical issues surrounding the beginning and end of life.
