Clients seek out our team for contract issues, such as the review and revision of AIA, AGC, ConsensusDOCS and other trade association forms; design-build, construction manager, architect, contractor and subcontractor agreements; and special clauses, including Green Building, No Damage for Delay and Contingent Payment.

We also assist our clients in complying with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) regulations and defend against OSHA-issued citations. In addition to claim defense, we carefully craft compliant policies for our clients and conduct OSHA training for their management teams and employees.
