The team is experienced in dealing with cases which involve sophisticated asset structures, often with an international element and offshore trust and tax issues. It also advises companies, banks and other financial institutions, trustees and other third parties which may become involved in financial proceedings upon divorce.

The team’s expertise covers not only separation/divorce and finance cases, but also cohabitation and unmarried relationships; complex private law children matters (including residence and contact disputes, injunctive relief, and applications to relocate internationally); pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements (domestically and internationally); and the associated privacy law issues that come hand in hand with clients in the public domain.
