Co-founding partner Edward Frederick Ssempebwa enjoys a notable reputation in Uganda. Based in Kampala, he has been at the forefront of the country's legal market for decades and actively involved in the development of the country's legislation.

Co-founding partner John Katende is a seasoned lawyer with a wealth of legal and business experience gathered over his many years of practice. He continues to utilise his knowledge and experience to benefit the firm's clients.

Sim Katende is a distinguished lawyer based in Kampala, with particularly extensive experience in M&A and capital markets. He has further expertise spanning the energy, oil and gas and TMT sectors. He heads the firm's corporate and commercial department.

Alice Namuli Blazevic receives particular recognition for her work in the TMT sector. She is based in Kampala and is also respected for her experience of mandates relating to cryptocurrency and blockchain.

Arthur Ssempebwa is highlighted for his in-depth experience, being particularly well versed in assisting banks and other credit institutions with finance mandates as well as advising other corporate clients with their commercial matters.
