Work Highlight

• Advised Krnovo Green Energy doo Nikšić, as the borrower, and sponsor Akuo Energy Central Europe on refinancing Montenegro’s first large-scale wind farm, involving senior and mezzanine facilities provided by KFW IPEX-Bank GmbH, EBRD, and Proparco. The deal won the 2025 Deal of the Year Award for Montenegro given by CEE Legal Matters.
• Advised CKB Bank on project financing agreement for the construction of the first cable car in Montenegro, with the company Kotor – Lovćen Cable Car.
• Advised CEE BIG on EUR 95 mil acquisition of a shopping mall Delta City, and on the acquisition of Capital Plaza in Montenegro, with 6 companies and an overall value of EUR 50 mil.
• Advisory role in the Montenegrin Airport Concessions project – the largest PPP project in Montenegro and one of the largest in the Western Balkans.
