The department is known for providing complex multidisciplinary advice and assistance across sectors. Being equally experienced in commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure projects, the team supports clients throughout the development and construction process, including in transaction structuring, negotiations, FIDIC drafting, arbitration and litigation proceedings, including FIDIC arbitration.  

The team covers the entire property 'life-cycle' including

• legal due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions;
• land use regulation;
• planning and construction;
• financing and joint ventures, investments, taxation;
• landlord and tenant matters;
• leasing, securitization, establishment of mortgages

In recent years, the department has been significantly growing in terms of commercial project developments, such as construction of retail centres and office buildings and expansion of retail chains. This has been coupled with a large volume of industrial and infrastructure work such as expansion of manufacturing plants, pipelines and transport network, projects related to airports, industrial terrains, water supply systems. The department blends together expertise from all industry sectors thus being able to respond to the necessities of diverse clients.
