If a mutually satisfactory settlement is not possible, we are well known for litigating important points of law in all courts up to and including the Supreme Court. We act on a wide variety of domestic and international tax matters ranging from residence and domicile and the use of overseas trusts to transfer pricing and the application of double tax treaties. We represent a diverse client base including entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses as well as large trusts and corporates.
