Since its establishment in 2000, Jipyong’s Capital Markets Group has accumulated a wealth of expertise by representing Korea Financial Investment Association, Financial Supervisory Service, Korea Exchange, and Korea Securities Depository. We have further gained extensive experience in representing both underwriters and issuers in with initial public offerings (IPOs), GDR issuances, secondary listings and overseas listings in the domestic and international ECM sectors. Our Capital Markets Group has assembled a dedicated team of attorneys, experts, and advisors (of whom have worked for the Korea Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Service) to closely interact with clients and provide them with optimal legal services and solutions through organic collaboration with other practice groups (such as criminal, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, IP and IT, financial litigation, and ESG) of Jipyong.
