We have litigated on behalf of hospitality clients in state and federal courts, domestic and international arbitrations, bankruptcy court, and in multiple appellate courts. We offer particular experience in compliance with respect to privacy and data security, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the Bank Secrecy Act. We also have substantial experience leading internal investigations, advising clients before state gaming commissions, and representing clients in licensing and grand jury investigations.
