We are also involved on a regular-basis in contentious matters, representing banks (including the Bank of Slovenia) in disputes relating from bail-in instruments to consumer protection cases.

We have been advising our clients on compliance and licence matters for over 20 years. We have developed particular expertise in derivatives and securities lending.

In transactions we have acted both for borrowers and lenders in bilateral and syndicated loans, domestic and cross-border, secured lending and restructurings. We have advised clients in all major corporate restructurings in Slovenia since the turn of the century and participated in drafting insolvency and restructuring legislation in Slovenia.

An integral part of the practice is also advisory on capital market transactions where we have an unparalleled track record, both in debt and equity transactions. We have been involved in major IPOs and private placements, including pioneer international transactions on Slovenian market, mostly advising underwriters.
