We have advised clients in all major corporate restructurings in Slovenia since the turn of the century and participated in drafting insolvency and restructuring legislation in Slovenia.

An integral part of the practice is also advisory on capital market transactions where we have an unparalleled track record, both in debt and equity transactions. We have been involved in major IPOs and private placements, including pioneer international transactions on Slovenian market, mostly advising underwriters.
